● Each counseling session is 45 minutes long. On your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill out paperwork.

● If you are not able to attend your session, a 24-hour notice is required. Unless there is a medical emergency or natural disaster, you will be charged a fee of $50 for each
no-show or cancellation without a 24-hour notice. Your insurance will not pick up this fee.

● You are responsible for the co-pay and/or the deductible at each session. You may call your behavioral health insurance to find out your co-payment and benefit information.
